Omnia Technologies has established a production base in Foshan City, Guangzhou Province, to better serve the growing demands of the Chinese market.
The branch, led by General Manager Roy Shao and supported by a dedicated team of 27 professionals, strengthens the company’s presence in China.
With over 30 years of experience working closely with Chinese customers, ACMI Labelling Solutions (formerly Sacmi Labelling) has been producing some of its labeling machines locally in China for years. This strategic move shortens time-to-market, enabling Omnia Technologies to provide even faster, more proactive solutions tailored to the needs of the Chinese market.
Omnia Technologies China also serves as a key technology and support hub for the beverage sector, with a skilled technical team that works in synergy with the Italian parent company. In addition to offering technical support and readily available original spare parts, personalized assistance plans are provided both remotely and on-site. This ensures comprehensive support throughout every stage of the order, alongside high-value service packages to extend the equipment’s lifecycle.

Acmi Blo2Fill
ACMI’s Blo2Fill lets producers merge blowing and filling into a single process. Blo2Fill can process light preforms and/or preforms made from recycled resin (rPET). It also lets users set optimized recipes to reduce consumption.
This solution also features next-gen technologies such as the FEC (fully electronic capper) system. Another ACMI featured exclusive is the dual-cavity technology incorporated on the stretch-blow molder that doubles productivity on small formats.
ACMI Bag-In-Box lines
Bag-In-Box technology is increasingly popular as it reduces environmental and logistics costs.

ACMI FFS – Form-Fill-Seal
Safe and high-performance, FFS is a flexible solution for thermoforming, filling, sealing and labeling beverage, food and dairy containers. It combines ultra-high productivity – up to 100,000 containers per hour – with user-friendly format changeovers and can be set up with different filling systems (hygienic, aseptic, ESL). And that’s not all: it can handle different materials/multilayer items (PS base and PP base), plus hot fill (PP) and high-transparency (PET) systems. FFS builds in changeover flexibility at the design stage. This is when the ACMI team, together with the customer, creates the complete project: from material to container design, all the way to the finished packaging, with plenty of scope for customization.
