A latest-generation PLC assures an automatic management of every processing phase and cycle (product recovery, rinsing, preparation of cleaning solutions, membrane washing, drainage, and recovery test). Thanks to an intuitive menu, the operator can control all the utilities; find the information he needs to control the system; read all the data collected about the process, in real time; view the analogic quantities trend and save it; record the occurred alarms.
HIGH SAFETY
The system is highly automated; this allows a H24 production and an easy and safe control. In fact, the plant is equipped with safety and self-diagnosis tools that, in case of need, stop the plant automatically.
