Sacmi Beverage and Sacmi Labelling, long-standing business units of the Sacmi group, have merged into Acmi, a leading Italian company specialising in the design of complete bottling and packaging lines on a global scale.
This integration gives rise to two new divisions: ACMI Blowing & Filling and ACMI Labelling Solutions, specialising in blowing, filling, and labelling. These divisions further enhance ACMI’s capability to design comprehensive bottling and packaging systems.
The production facilities of ACMI Blowing & Filling (formerly Sacmi Beverage, Parma) and ACMI Labelling Solutions (formerly Sacmi Labelling, Verona and Nanhai) will continue to operate in their respective locations with the same teams.
All Sacmi Beverage branded products (blow moulders, fillers, combi and triblock machines, labellers, FFS, Bag-in-Box) are now available on the ACMI website.
The integration of Sacmi Beverage and Labelling technologies into ACMI, led by Omnia Technologies, establishes a global player with 100% Made in Italy technology based in Parma—a region and brand renowned worldwide for food & beverage technologies.
ACMI is now positioned in the market as a main contractor for complete bottling and packaging lines.
The new Beverage Packaging division will also benefit from the integration of Omnia Technologies Group’s processing expertise through an operational partnership with TMCI, Della Toffola, SAP Italia and Blendtec. This allows the customer to rely on a single partner for every stage of production.
Moreover, the integration with Ave and Z-italia will enable the offering of solutions for low / medium speed segments and other markets such as wine, beer, distilled products and cosmetics.
