Brand new models Ampelos are controlled by an artificial intelligence software with specifically developed algorithms. The software optimizes the pressing cycles detecting the type and quantity of the loaded product, allowing a drastic reduction in pressing times.
All the phases (loading, pressing, unloading, rinsing, washing) will be managed by the machine itself, with no operator present. Our Ampelos presses are also equipped with a new-concept automatic washing system, with dynamic sprayballs.
An innovative pressing system which comprises a cluster of three or more presses in modular expansions that process a continuous flow of input and output. It’s possible to use the presses both in combined/continuous or single mode.
