From the football field to professional training

The project, leveraging Omnia Technologies’ business school, has enabled six young people from the Dinamis Association to complete a 160-hour specialization course aimed at job placement.

Dinamis, a non-profit association in the Province of Treviso with around 150 young members aged between 7 and 30 years from various nationalities, is launching a professional training and job placement project in collaboration with Omnia Technologies.

Founded in 2015 to provide sports opportunities to those unable to join clubs or societies, Dinamis has expanded its mission to include professional training and employment initiatives for its members. This vision became a reality when Dinamis, through ENGIM Veneto – Oderzo branch, won a bid in Pathway 3 – “Reskilling” Requalification of the Veneto Region, within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

This specific program, aimed at training a mechanical systems operator, targets those without prior specific training in this field. Upon completion, the trained individual will handle the assembly and disassembly of mechanical components or groups, based on work documents, technical drawings, and in compliance with safety regulations.

TMCI Padovan, part of the Omnia Technologies Group and based in Mareno di Piave (TV), a leader in providing technologies, machinery, and process plants for the food & beverage industries, immediately embraced this challenge. The company organized a professional training course for six Dinamis members.

The young participants underwent a 160-hour training course – which began on June 26 and will end on August 9. This course, part of the Omnia Academia, the business school of Omnia Technologies, is designed to  develop in-house the hardest-to-find professional skills, particularly for specific technical skills.

The training program includes theoretical sessions held at the Parish of San Martino e Rosa, in Conegliano, along with practical field training at TMCI Padovan, supported by department managers. The most promising participants will begin a six-month internship, with a view to future employment within the company.

ENGIM managed the organizational and operational aspects of the training, including the necessary bureaucratic procedures for launching and completing the project.
