Omnia Technologies presents a complete offering, from Processing to Bottling & Packaging.
Omnia Technologies, the automation and bottling technology platform created to support the wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage industries, will be one of the key exhibitors at the 30th edition of SIMEI, taking place from November 12 to 15 at Fiera Milano.
The Group’s tagline, “The end-to-end partner for the wine industry”, captures the identity and value proposition of a company that represents and brings together renowned brands in processing, filling, and packaging technologies – all driven by three core values: technology, sustainability, and service.
Located in Hall 3 of SIMEI—the leading international event for winemaking and bottling technologies—Omnia Technologies’ booth will span approximately 2,000 square meters and will be inspired by the concept of the piazza: a gathering place where design, architecture, and sustainability come together through the use of natural materials and a carefully curated layout.
Thanks to the partnership with Eataly, which will handle the catering and hospitality services throughout the event, the Omnia Technologies space will welcome visitors into a vibrant ecosystem, alive with technology, Italian culinary excellence, and a focus on customer service.
This approach comes to life in the booth, where visitors will find a comprehensive range of tailored products and solutions for every needs. The exhibition is structured around the two operational areas of Omnia Technologies: Processing—featuring innovative and sustainable technologies for filtration, pressing, and winemaking—and Bottling & Packaging, showcasing advanced technologies for bottling and end-of-line packaging.
Among the many new developments across all areas, visitors will discover champagne presses, a recent addition to Omnia Technologies through the integration of the French brand Les Pressoirs Coquard, ensuring premium results in this highly strategic market. Also on display will be microfiltration and bottling technologies, along with the latest labelling systems developed through collaboration between several of the Group’s brands.
These technologies and applications underscore the Group’s commitment to continuous innovation, with a focus on reducing consumption and waste while providing smart automation to meet the evolving needs of its customers.
This collaboration has resulted in the development of a complete and integrated bottling line, covering every stage of the bottling process—from bottle rinsing to labelling— combining efficiency and the highest quality in the final product.
A significant part of the booth will also be dedicated to the green packaging solutions presented by ACMI, a leading brand in the design of complete high-speed lines, such as the innovative pallet wrapper with kraft paper, paving the way for a plastic-free future in packaging. A standout feature of Omnia Technologies’ presence at SIMEI 2024 will be the dedicated space for dealcoholization technologies. This innovation is the result of a synergy between the brands Permeare, Frilli, and Padovan, responding to the growing demand for low-alcohol and non-alcoholic wines and beverages.
“This is our first time participating at SIMEI as Omnia Technologies, but our connection to this event and to the customers, suppliers, and producers who attend it is deeply rooted in the century-long experience of our brands,” noted Andrea Stolfa, CEO of Omnia Technologies. “SIMEI, in partnership with Unione Italiana Vini, has increasingly become the home of Omnia Technologies—a gathering that strengthens our relationships with clients and allows us to share our vision for the future. It also provides a platform for us to present the sustainable solutions we develop day by day for the entire wine production process.”
