ACRAM will enhance Omnia Technologies’ portfolio of microfiltration technological solutions and will unlock significant commercial synergies
Omnia Technologies, a leading platform for automation and bottling technologies for the spirits, wine, beverage, dairy and pharmaceutical industries, has completed the acquisition of ACRAM.
Founded in 1991 in Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella (Verona, Italy), ACRAM is a long-established company in the microfiltration equipment and measurement systems sectors. Thanks to its long-standing experience, ACRAM delivers automated microfiltration systems and specialised technological solutions for the beverage industry. In 2023, the company generated €7 million in revenues and had approximately 40 employees.
ACRAM will strengthen Omnia Technologies’ Components and Plants division, which combines the expertise of top specialists in microfiltration, cap orientation, packaging, and end-of-line solutions for integrated, efficient, and sustainable production line management. The acquisition will also allow Omnia Technologies to unlock relevant commercial synergies by commercialising ACRAM products across Omnia Technologies’ international network.

Omnia Technologies was created in November 2020 by independently managed investment subsidiaries of Investindustrial, a leading European investment firm, through the combination of Della Toffola, Bertolaso, TMCI Padovan, ACMI and the addition of several other strategic and complementary businesses. For the twelve months ended on 30th June 2024, Omnia Technologies generated adjusted pro forma revenues of €722 million , with 37 production sites, 24 commercial offices, and more than 2,400 employees.
