A confirmation of achievements in innovation, sustainability and digitalisation.
Among the award-winning innovations in the “New Technology” category are new solutions for dealcoholization, a rapidly expanding market segment for which Omnia Technologies has developed a technology that holistically combines its decades of expertise in filtration and distillation. The dealcoholization solutions were presented under the Permeare brand in two versions: Libero Wine and Libero Beverage.
In the same category – “New Technology” – the Win&Fit technology by the brand Win&Tech, a leader in microfiltration, was also recognized. This technology automates the measurement of wine filterability indices, optimizing time, efficiency, and process stability in winery operations.
In the “Green Innovation” category, the SIMEI expert jury awarded the Low Emission Distillery, a Frilli-branded distillery that minimizes fossil fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions by recovering heat generated during the transformation process, as well as the Recycling Gas System, a highly sustainable solution for bottling sparkling wines developed by Bertolaso. This system optimizes energy consumption by recovering up to 70% of the gas generated during production.
Finally, in the field of 4.0 and 5.0 digital automation, Omnia Technologies’ I-Get platform received the “Technology Innovation” award, standing out as an exceptional IoT solution for optimizing the stability, efficiency, and sustainability of production line performance.
“Omnia Technologies is made up of top automation specialists inspired by values of technology, sustainability, and service. The five awards received from SIMEI’s prestigious jury in three distinct categories reward the extraordinary work our 400 colleagues—engineers and technicians—do daily in innovation, helping us grow as the go-to partner for customers in automation technology and complete line solutions,” commented Andrea Stolfa, CEO of Omnia Technologies.
