Omnia Technologies, the leading platform for automation and bottling technologies, has created a new business line dedicated to microfiltration technologies by acquiring two leading companies in the sector: Win&Tech and Innotec.
Win&Tech, established in 2000 and based in Negrar, Verona, specialises in technologies for filtration processes and has developed significant expertise and a deep knowledge in this area over the past 20 years. Its core business is the design of automated systems and membrane separation technologies, including microfiltration, for the wine and beverage industry.
Innotec is a pioneer and leader in the creation of automated plants and state-of-the-art technologies for bottling, packaging and processing raw materials in the wine sector and across the beverages sector. Innotec, founded in 1999 and based in Verona, provides plants and systems aimed to enhance the quality of the final product through the use of microfiltration technologies in the pre-bottling phase.
The microfiltration business line created from the acquisitions of Win&Tech and Innotec will enable Omnia Technologies to significantly advance microfiltration-related technologies while also focusing on sustainable processes, a reduction in energy consumption and a high level of automation.
